What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via PayPal and we also accept money orders & personal checks. *Please Note: For security reasons domestic orders over $300 require payment via Check or Money Order. All International orders of any amount are subject to payment via International Money Order. Please contact us with any questions.

When does my item ship after I pay for it?
Items usually ship within 3 business days after confirmed payment. We will supply a tracking number for your package once it is available. *Please Note: During the months of November-January shipments may be delayed some due to heavy holiday volume.

We have several warehouse locations. Items ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS currently.

Do your items come with a warranty?
Yes, unless otherwise stated all of our new items come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. All of our reconditioned items come with a 90 day manufacturer warranty. All items come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. 30 day satisfaction guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item to us for an in store credit for the item purchase amount less a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

What is a reconditioned item?
A reconditioned item is either a product return or an item such as a display model. Customers may return an item for a number of reasons, they did not like the product, could not figure out how to make it work or simply changed their mind about the purchase. All reconditioned items are examined by the manufacturer or a reputable outside firm and all defects are fixed to bring the item like new or almost new condition. Reconditioned items have a very low return rate - less than 2%. By law these items cannot be sold as new.

Reconditioned items have a low return rate - less than 2%. They are by far the best deal on an item, often allowing you to save 50% or more off the retail price. Remember, all reconditioned items come with a 90 day manufacturer warranty and a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Why are the shipping charges so high?
Items such as Home Theater Systems weigh a lot, on average 60-80 pounds. With items shipped via any method (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx) the more the item weighs, the higher the shipping cost. In the event our shipping charges are significantly higher than the actual shipping cost (i.e. you live close to the shipping warehouse) we may credit you a portion of the shipping charges.
